Standardized reports

Clinical centres usually use different templates to produce clinical reports. This is partially justified by the fact that most centres are using different reporting strategies often for historical reasons.

These differences however make the exchange of patient information difficult between clinical centres; and this is recognised by most of these centres as a counterproductive factor for clinical and scientific collaborations.

In order to improve the lack of a common reporting structure, the ICT4Rehab project is developing a standardized report form with the collaboration of the umbrella initiative CIRICU group (CIRICU states for “Centre Interuniversitaire de Référence pour l'Infirmité Motrice Cérébrale” and includes various hospitals [ULB, VUB, Ulg, Inkendaal]).

This standardized report will be produced from data stored in the ICT4Rehab database.
